The Springfield M1A Standard delivers excellent precision and performance in a reliable and durable rifle design. It comes chambered in .308 Winchester with a 22 inch barrel. Features include a fixed synthetic stock, a two-stage trigger, and a 10 round magazine.
The Standard Series is a faithful semi-auto only recreation of the original M14. The windage and elevation adjustable rear sight minimizes the effort required to zero the rifle. The two-stage military trigger, detachable box magazine, op-rod and roller cam bolt call to mind the rich history of the M1A while providing functional ease of operation and legendary reliability.
The M1A Standard Issue 7.62 rifle is available with a subdued black composite stock that is impervious to moisture, rot and rough handling. Featuring the rock-solid action of the M1 Garand along with a full-length 1:11 twist carbon steel barrel and midline ambidextrous safety, this hard use gun thrives in rugged spaces.
